I use this waffle regularly. I will make a large batch of waffles every other week for either breakfast if I have time, or for dinner one night. The rest go in my freezer and we have waffles whenever we want for breakfast or a snack. It is so nice for Elyza and Cohen for snacks or a quick breakfast. Just pop them in the toaster. This recipe is very basic, but so good.
13/4 c. flour
2 T. sugar

1 T. Baking powder
1/4 t. salt
2 eggs
13/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 t. vanilla
I also add 1 t. butter extract just for the extra flavor, also blueberries, choc chips, pecans, or whatever.
