So the century ride is this weekend....and....well....I am a total loser. Of course I am flaking out. We just got back from our trip, we were sick, then Cohen got sick, and after a 2 week trip, I just feel like crap....so....I'm a wuss.....sorry guys. Maybe I will do my own ride on saturday, and I can let you know how it goes.

what kind of sick? i was throwing up on sunday when we got back, and i was wondering if anyone else went through the same thing.

Now you can do the Triathlon with me in September.. still plenty of slots available for you! And it's over a month and a half away.. plenty of time to get feeling better! That would be awesome if we did it together again! We can only get better!

Although Jon and Dawn are going to do it, they are leaving friday afternoon.
